Dedicated, specialist development is the name of the game with our ‘KOOSA Academies’.  This is an opportunity for your child to spend time with specialist coaching staff, 100% dedicated to an activity area that your child may already have a specific interest in.   The focus is on developing new skills and building on existing skills in both sporting and creative activity areas. Both of our Academies are designed to encourage development in a fun enjoyable way

Academies last for 1 hour 40 minutes each day, for one week, and are in addition to the standard programme of activity. All Academies start at 11.35am and finish at 1.15pm. Please view the academy schedule below for details of academies running at your local venue during Summer 2010.

Academies cannot be booked online so please call KOOSA Kids on 0845 094 2322 to book or to enquire when specific Academies are running at specific sites.

Football Academy
Yep, you’ve guessed it, this one is for the child who eats, sleeps and breathes football.

Delivered by one of our qualified football coaches, the Football Academy will develop core football skills from warm ups,passing, shooting, turning, dribbling, tackling, attacking, defending and goalkeeping. Each Football Academy session will start with a warm up, move on to a specific skill for the day and end with a tournament to put the newly learnt skills into practice. Football boots, shin pads and suitable clothing is required.

Football Academy is open for children aged 6 to 13, can be booked daily or weekly and costs £4.00 per day or £15.00 per week.

Art Academy
Calling all budding artists! Our Art Academy is an extension of our standard arts and crafts programme, delivered by specialist coaches and focussed on exploring and developing children’s artistic potential.

Each day during Art Academy, and under the instruction of our specialist 'creative' instructors your child will get the opportunity to take part in daily projects involving everything from glueing, sticking, painting, moulding, cutting and building. You will get to see what your child has created each day as all children get to keep their own masterpieces!

Art Academy is open for children aged 7 to 13,  can be booked daily or weekly and costs £4.00 per day or £15.00 per week.
