Holiday Club Fastrack Managers Programme
Job Overview: We are looking for the right candidates to fastrack into manager level positions from Summer 2010 onwards. The fastrack programme will run throughout the summer holidays and will equip the right candidates with all the essential skills to manage KOOSA Kids holiday club provision going forward.
Duties: Shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff learning all the essential skills required to manage holiday club provision. Follow detailed management training programme which covers aspects such as policies and procedures, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management etc.
Skills/Experience: Must have previous experience of leading a team within holiday/after school or other childcare environment.
Level 3 qualified in Playwork or Equivalent preferred.
PGCE applicants welcome.
If candidates do not have suitable qualfications as outlined above, applications are welcome from experienced staff that are willing to complete Level 3 in Playwork in a short timeframe.
Hours Required: Various shifts available from 8.15am to 6.00pm
Pay: Up to £8.50 per hour
