KOOSA Kids have been running Ofsted registered holiday clubs for 15 years. Our ethos is to offer high quality, affordable holiday club childcare for hardworking parents whilst ensuring their children have as much FUN as possible during the school holidays.

KOOSA Kids are now recruiting for candidates to join our Holiday Club Fast-track Managers Programme at our holiday club in Bracknell, Berkshire. 

During the Fast-Track Manager Programme, you will shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff whilst learning all essential skills required to manage a KOOSA Kids Holiday Club.

The role

You will be shadowing experienced KOOSA Kids staff whilst learning all the essential skills required to manage a KOOSA Kids Holiday Club.

You will be following a detailed management training programme which covers aspects such as policies and procedures, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management amongst other things.

Previous experience of leading a team within a holiday club, after school club or other childcare setting is essential.

Actively and enthusiastically take part in & deliver programmed activities to children aged 4-13, encouraging all children to take part and have as much FUN as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations of the holiday club
• Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards
• Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care
• Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
• Full training provided
