Christmas Customer Service Opening Times

As we are coming towards the end of the year, we would like to take the opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU for choosing KOOSA Kids for your childcare needs this year and wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas. 

Our office will be closed for Christmas from 1pm on Tuesday 24th December and re-open at 9.30am on Monday 30th December.

Our office will be closed for New Year from 1pm on Tuesday 31st December and re-open at 9.30am on Thursday 2nd January.

You can continue to make bookings online 24/7.

If you haven't done so already, you are able to book your breakfast and after school club sessions now for the January to February Half Term.

If you hold a Permanent Places Agreement, your breakfast and/or after school club sessions have already been secured for you and your invoice will be due on Friday 3rd January

Book breakfast club sessions by 1pm and after school club sessions by 6pm the working day before, subject to availability. Click here to secure your sessions using our online parent portal or call 01276 21884 with any queries.

Don't forget, we are running our holiday clubs in Berkshire, Hampshire, Kingston, Richmond and Surrey from 2nd to 3rd January. Should you require essential childcare or need some extra time to yourself during the busy festive season, bookings can be made up to 6pm the working day before they're needed. 

Please note, bookings for Tuesday 2nd January must be made by 12-noon on Tuesday 31st December.
