KOOSA Kids have been providing high quality, affordable breakfast club, after school club and holiday club childcare for children aged 4-13, since 2005. We are a fully Ofsted registered wraparound childcare provider, operating more than 60 clubs across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Richmond.
Our mission is to offer children and their parents outstanding, fun-filled wraparound and school holiday childcare, for the best possible value.
Throughout the year our team of activity coaches and childcare professionals are focused on delivering a fun-packed, safe and engaging environment for the children, whilst supporting working parents, year-round, with their breakfast club, after school club and holiday club childcare requirements.
Our vision is to remain the most trusted school aged childcare provider, renowned for offering exceptional quality and value.
Since inception in 2005, our passion to deliver high quality after school club, holiday club & breakfast club childcare has remained the core driver for every member of the KOOSA Kids team. We work hard to consistently deliver the highest level of childcare, constantly reviewing and improving practice, listening to and acting upon feedback from children, staff and parents with a focus on not only meeting, but exceeding the regulatory requirements set out by Ofsted.
It is particularly rewarding that Ofsted have recognised our efforts, with seventeen of our clubs having been awarded Ofsted highest grade possible 'Outstanding', setting the standard for the school aged childcare sector.
We are extremely proud of our Ofsted inspection track record and have achieved more Ofsted Outstanding ratings than any comparable provider!
Alongside our mission to provide a high-quality service is an ongoing commitment to ensure our breakfast clubs, after school clubs and school holiday clubs remain affordable to hard working parents. With many working parents embedded within the KOOSA Kids management team (including both Directors), we know very well how difficult it is to both organise and budget for good quality wraparound childcare.
To ensure our holiday clubs, after school clubs & breakfast clubs remain as affordable as possible, as well as pricing our clubs as competitively as possible, all KOOSA Kids clubs are able to accept payment by childcare vouchers, all clubs are eligible for the Government's Tax Free Childcare Scheme and in particular for our holiday clubs, we offer a number of discounts including third sibling goes free and an 8% discount for booking a full week.
We are proud that are holiday clubs are currently 22% cheaper than the national average.
In today's technology driven world, the importance of physical activity for children's physical and mental wellbeing, is very much embedded within the KOOSA Kids philosophy.
Be it through challenging children in age appropriate ways, encouraging them to try their hands at a new game or activity and working together in teams, all of our holiday clubs, after school clubs and breakfast clubs will assist your children in staying active and healthy and meeting World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines to ensure children accumulate at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity daily.
Having fun and being active with friends can also help children gain confidence and develop healthy lifestyles and habits, which they will be able to continue throughout life.
By offering a huge selection of active and non-active games and activities, KOOSA Kids aim to support the development and wellbeing of every child.
Our number one rule! We never forget that from your child's point of view, the single most important part of coming to KOOSA Kids, it to have FUN! And we love having fun!
With some truly inspirational staff and a huge menu of over 350 games and activities on offer, our dynamic range of both active and non-active games ensure there is something on offer for every child, be it more relaxed and child led in our breakfast clubs and after school clubs and more structured and adult led in our fun-packed school holiday clubs.
From arts and crafts, drama, sports and team games, to exploring, imaginative role play, science and construction games, our progamme of activity caters for all tastes and interests.

KOOSA Kids are an Ofsted registered childcare provider and as such are required to meet rigorous welfare and child development standards. All KOOSA Kids venues are registered on the Early Years Register, Childcare Register and Voluntary Childcare Register. To verify the quality of care we provide at our after school clubs, breakfast clubs & holiday clubs, Ofsted carry out short notice inspections at regular intervals.
The Early Years Register standards or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as it is better known apply to those children attending KOOSA Kids who are aged 4 and 5. The principles we follow under EYFS to ensure your child has the best possible experience with us are grouped into four themes: A Unique Child, Positive Relationships, Enabling Environments and Learning and Development.
At each KOOSA Kids holiday club, after school club and breakfast club, we also work towards the 'Every Child Matters' outcomes and set out to help your child be healthy, help them stay safe, help them enjoy and achieve, and help them to make a positive contribution. A full set of operational policies and procedures outlining how we achieve these goals are available on request.
All KOOSA Kids wraparound and school holiday clubs are currently in receipt of Ofsted's highest inspection grade!
KOOSA Kids have been providing high quality, affordable breakfast club, after school club and holiday club childcare for children aged 4-13, since 2005, and we are extremely proud to have achieved more Ofsted Outstanding ratings in that period than any comparable provider.
