We are pleased to be partnering with the following local authorities to offer free HAF sessions to eligible families:
Endeavour Zone offers a host of games, activities and inspiring equipment, designed to get your child up and active at our holiday clubs. Team Sports, Relays and All out Action are the main focus of the Endeavour Zone with four fast and furious activities on offer to the children each holiday club day.
Activities include Junior Cricket, Mini Football, KOOSA Grand Prix, Silly Sprints, Obstacle Challenge, KOOSA Open Golf, Hockey, our Challenge Zone activity at the start of each PM Extension Zone and much, much more. Endeavour Zone is designed to complement the non-active focus of the Discovery Zone, meaning your child will take part in a mixture of both active and not-active games during their time with us.
Our Discovery Zone is all about creative imagination, artistic flair and helping and encouraging children to be inspired about the world around them at our holiday clubs. Arts and Crafts, Dance and Drama, the Natural World and Exploration are the main focus of the Discovery Zone.
Discovery Zone activities include 'Imagine & Perform' games such as Big Chief, What Lies Beneath, The K Factor and Make it Up and Show it Off; 'Design & Create' sessions including Paint Party, Hama Time, Clay Moulding and Building Bonanza as well as 'Explore & Learn' activities such as Land, Sea & Tree, Nature Detectives, Match the Tracks, Nature Alphabet and many more! Our Discovery Zone complements the active focus of the Endeavour Zone, meaning your child will take part in a mixture of both active and not-active games during their time with us.
For our King K's (year 4 - 8), all the fun and excitement of the Kool K's is retained, but within an environment that encourages independence and individuality.
The King K holiday club day includes a child-lead, multi-choice programme in the morning and the afternoons are spent taking part in 'King Club' and 'Extreme Team'. Both afternoon sessions happen well away from the rest of the activity groups, ensuring our King K's really do feel like they are in their own 'club environment'.
King Club Zone
Our King K's are given the chance both to chill out with friends and take part in a selection of cool games and activities, including Table Football, Den Building, card Games, Art Tables, Board Games, Rubix Cubes, Jewellery Making and much, much more!
Xtreme Team
The last hour of the holiday club day is devoted to a 'fast and furious' activity which introduces our King K's to an appropriate level of risk and challenge. Children can choose from a host of activities, including House of Fun, Elves, Wizards & Giants, Capture the Flag, Escape Rooms and Everybody's It.
On Wednesdays throughout the Summer our normal holiday club programme is put on hold, with the afternoon devoted to games and activities based on one of our Wicked Wednesday Special Activity themes.
Fun at the Fair Back by popular demand, Fun at the Fair will take your child on a journey around their favourite fairground stalls. Can they complete 'Tin Can Alley', will they beat the 'Anticipation Station', who will 'Hook the most Ducks'?
Treasure Island Ahoy me hearties, it's a great day for finding treasure! Children can come dressed as a pirate, mermaid or sea creature ready for a day of swashbuckling adventures! Activities include a treasure hunt, cannon ball water balloons and playing Jaws!
Cardboard City New York, Sydney, London...not a patch on the creative metropolis your child will help create as part of 'Cardboard City"! Children's teamwork skills are harnessed as the entire club come together to design, build and decorate their very own city, made of cardboard.
Football Fiesta Swivel like Saka, defend like Van Dijk & finish like Haaland! Our Football Fiesta brings the excitement and fun of a football championship to KOOSA Kids. A fun and exciting afternoon where children will practise their football skills in a mini tournament, including a penalty shootout!
Wet 'n' Wild Cool down in the summer heat with a fun packed afternoon filled with water battles, water games and the chance to try the slippery and super-fast water slide! Bring your water toys and a change of clothes (including shoes & underwear!), as you will get wet! If the sun shines, we aim to run as many Wet 'n' Wilds as possible throughout the summer. As these are weather dependent, please check the news section on our website or visit our Facebook pages for the latest updates.
Every Friday, children can join our holiday club staff and come dressed up in costumes based around the theme for the week. A fancy dress 'catwalk' takes place at the start of the activity day and prizes are awarded for the best outfits! Dressing up is always optional.

In order for your child to get the most out of their time at KOOSA Kids holiday clubs, they will be grouped based on their school year.
Each age group has its own identity and is allocated coaches who best suit their needs. Suitably qualified staff, including Paediatric First Aiders, are present at the club at all times.
All holiday club activities are delivered in an age appropriate manner with the emphasis on fun for our youngest children and a different focus on development as the children get a little older.
For our youngest age group, the emphasis is on fun and play in a caring and safe environment. We use small activity areas, simplified rules and adapted equipment, and encourage all our Krazy K's to develop at their own pace. All Krazy K's are allocated a Key Person to ensure they feel comfortable and get the most out of their time with us.

My son is not very confident, but the team welcomed him with open arms. He now loves going. He's well looked after and comes home full of smiles. Thank you for making the holidays so enjoyable for us.
Richmond HC Parent, February 2019

Booking your Holiday Club sessions is very easy! Simply log into your account and follow the easy to navigate bookings steps. If you have not used KOOSA Kids before, you will need to register for an account and provide us with all the relevant information requested. You will only have to do this once.
Alternatively, please call us on 01276 21884 and we will be happy to register your account and take your booking over the phone. You can contact us by phone from 9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Spaces fill up very quickly so it is best to book as soon as you know the dates you need.
Children will be grouped based on their ages. We can therefore unfortunately not guarantee that your child will be in the same group as their friend, even if they are in the same school year.
We know that great staff make for a great holiday club. All of our coaches possess the mixture of experience, skill and personality necessary to get the most from the children, whilst ensuring all the activities are delivered in a safe and organised manner.
All KOOSA Kids coaches are cleared with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and trained in safeguarding and child protection, activity delivery, behaviour management and health & safety. There will always be at least one Paediatric First Aid trained person at each holiday club.
Although there is no legal requirement to ensure staff are qualified, KOOSA Kids believe formal qualifications play an important part in ensuring the care offered is of the highest quality as well as assisting our employees Continued Professional Development.
At each KOOSA Kids club, the Regional Manager will always be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Playwork or equivalent. We endeavour to ensure that at least one other member of staff at each club holds a Level 3 in Playwork or equivalent, with the aim for 50% of the remaining staff at each club to be qualified to Level 2 in Playwork or equivalent.
Holiday club sessions can be booked up until 6pm the working day before you need them, subject to availability. Please note that many of our clubs reach capacity, especially during the busy holiday periods, so we do advise customers to book their sessions as soon as they know their childcare requirements, in order to avoid disappointment.
