KOOSA Kids are on the lookout for part-time and full-time individuals who share our passion and commitment for delivering high quality childcare and children's activities. We operate breakfast clubs, after school clubs and holiday clubs across Berkshire, Hampshire, Kingston & Richmond and Surrey and provide a fantastic platform to anyone wishing to work in this highly rewarding sector. You get to be part of a child’s early education and help to shape their future. No matter what the day brings, you’ll feel joy in seeing children grow, learn and flourish. And there are lots of different types of roles. Our dedicated HR team will provide you with all the support and training you might need, including industry recognised qualifications.

Our wraparound childcare clubs run before and at the end of the school day, meaning we are able to offer our staff flexible, rewarding term-time only positions that fit neatly alongside other jobs or family commitments. Our all-day holiday clubs open during school holiday periods and positions are ideally suited to students, trainee or qualified teachers or those working during term-time who wish to extend their hours during the school holiday periods. We also regularly create new and exciting full-time positions for those who wish to join our dynamic head office team.
