Office Opening Times Christmas Period 2021

Merry Christmas & a Happy and Healthy New Year from everyone at KOOSA Kids! Our office will be closed from 6pm on Thursday 23rd December, reopening at 9.30am on Tuesday 4th January.

We wanted to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you for being part of the KOOSA Kids community this year and wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. Our teams will be taking a well-deserved break between Christmas and New Year. Our office will therefore be closed from 6pm on Thursday 23rd December until 9.30am on Tuesday 4th January. 

You are able to book sessions for the January to February half term, or pay your Permanent Places Agreement invoice (where applicable), through our online parent portal 24 hours per day, 7 days per week throughout the festive period. 

Please note, if you require breakfast or after school club sessions for Tuesday 4th January, bookings for that day will need to be made by Friday 31st December (by 1pm for breakfast club and by 6pm for after school club). 

If you hold a Permanent Places Agreement, your payment for the January to February half term will be due by Friday 31st December. 

We understand that the recent news of the Omicron variant and the relating rise in COVID cases is a worrying development for all of us. We continue to be in regular contact with the Department for Education and will continue to follow all guidelines set out by the DfE and UK Health Security Agency. Rest assured we will be monitoring the news closely and will share any relevant updates with you as soon as possible.
