St. Joseph’s Primary School & KOOSA Kids – 14 Years of Successful Partnership & Continued Growth

All businesses have to start somewhere and for KOOSA Kids it all started at St. Joseph’s Primary School in Guildford, in 2005. As a new, fledgling business with a very clear business plan, KOOSA Kids Directors Lee Partner and Phil Wade, approached the school directly to offer their childcare services at a time where the school’s leadership team were looking for a wraparound childcare provider to meet the growing demand from the school’s parents for out of hours childcare.

After delivering a very successful holiday club programme during the Summer of 2005, KOOSA Kids launched a brand new after school club from October 2005, adding the breakfast club very shortly after. 14 years on, the partnership between St. Joseph’s Primary School and KOOSA Kids has gone from strength to strength, generating a steady, reliable and progressive revenue stream for the school over the years, whilst ensuring parents needs are met by providing high quality extended childcare services, all year round at their school. 

Rated twice ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, during that time, KOOSA Kids have become firmly embedded in the school community at St. Joseph’s Primary School. Many families consistently choose to use our  after school club, breakfast club and holiday club time and again, knowing they are opting for reliable, high quality and fun childcare in an environment where their children feel safe and secure and are able to flourish.
