Due to continued growth and development, we regularly have a mixture of part-time and full-time positions available, at our after school clubs, breakfast clubs or holiday clubs and at our head office in Camberley.
Opportunities to work for KOOSA Kids might include:
Hub Manager Roles
One of our most popular roles, as a Hub Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day operation and management of one of our Regional Hubs (Breakfast Club and After School Club; After School Club and Holiday Club or Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Club). During club time you will be supervising assistants and ensuring all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids standards at all times, fully supported by your Regional Manager and a dedicated Operations Team at head office. You will provide a safe and secure environment for the children in your care to explore, grow, inspire and have FUN! Outside of club opening times, under the direction of a Regional Manager you will be responsible for planning activities, resourcing, marketing and recruiting for the clubs within your Regional Hub.
During term time, you will be working around 5 hours per day and if your 'hub' includes a holiday club, you will be supervising throughout the day. On average, you will be working between 20 and 30 hours per week.

After School Club or Breakfast Club Assistant or Manager Roles:
The above are part-time, term time only positions, based from the school we provide the childcare service for. Times vary per club but for the after school club you'll usually be working from when school finishes until 6.00pm and the breakfast club shifts begin usually 1 to 1 ½ hours before school starts, every school day.
The above roles would suit somebody with experience of working in a Primary School, Pre-School or Nursery, e.g. a Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Assistant, or someone looking to move into the childcare industry.

Whether you are a student, teaching assistant or a teacher looking for additional hours during the school holidays, our holiday clubs offer a fun and exciting place to work.
Our 19 holiday clubs across Berkshire, Hampshire, Richmond and Surrey open every school holiday and you have complete flexibility on how many days you can work each holiday period.
