I would like to enquire about booking permanent places at one of your breakfast and/or after school clubs?
The first port of call for all parents interested in securing a permanent place at one of our clubs is to download and read our Bookings and Admissions Policy. This will answer any questions you may have on how we manage the process of allocating places at our breakfast clubs and after school clubs, how waiting lists are managed, how and when we offer places, how places are booked ongoing and payment terms.
How to I add my child to a waiting list for new Breakfast and/or After School Club places?
Please download and complete a Waiting List Registration Form. We would ask that you complete a separate form for each child you would like to register your interest for, and you will also need to complete separate forms for both After School Club and Breakfast Club places, if you do require both. You do not need to duplicate the Parent/Guardian Information if you have more than one form that you are returning.
Please save and return your completed forms to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will acknowledge receipt of your forms by return. This email will act as confirmation that you have been added to our waiting list. Please do not assume that your child is on a waiting list if you have not had email acknowledgement that we have received your form.
How do I book non-permanent/ad-hoc breakfast and after school places from September 2020?
