A unique opportunity has opened up for an experienced, Part-Time Finance Assistant (22.5 hours per week) to join KOOSA Kids busy and fast-paced Business Team at our head office in Camberley.
Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, the Finance Assistant role forms a fundamental part of the KOOSA Kids Business Team.
As the Finance Assistant, you will be supporting the overall functioning of the business by accurately and efficiently managing KOOSA Kids purchase & sales ledgers, including raising & processing invoices, setting up payment runs & reconciliations. You will be expertly using Sage 50 Accounts to do so whilst also utilising Microsoft tools such as Excel and Word.
You will be responsible for bank reconciliation (both income & expenses), using both Sage Pay and KOOSA Kids internal database to reconcile all payments and uploading to Sage 50 Accounts when complete.
You will support the Bookings Team processes by providing bank statements & relevant reporting, as requested, on a regular basis. On a monthly basis, you will reconcile company credit cards and employee expenses and enter onto Sage 50 Accounts.
Taking responsibility for credit control, you will be comfortable liaising with external customers and suppliers by phone and email.
You will support the business by preparing month-end and year-end, including accruals and journals, in Sage Accounts and produce & assist with financial reporting as directed.
Skills & Experience
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 14:30pm, with a half hour unpaid lunch break. Total 22.5 hours per week.
