A rare opportunity has just opened up for an experienced Recruitment & HR Administrator to join KOOSA Kids well-established, dynamic and fun HR team!
KOOSA Kids are one of the UK's leading providers of children's holiday, after school and breakfast club childcare, directly operating over 50 clubs and employing 300 part-time and casual staff, as well as a further 25+ full time staff.
Reporting into the Head of Business Services, the Recruitment & HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department and wider business with all aspects of KOOSA Kids Recruitment & HR administration. Your main responsibilities will be to successfully support the sourcing, screening and on-boarding of part-time and casual staff for our breakfast clubs, after school clubs and holiday clubs, as well as for our full-time head office teams. Experience working in a busy Recruitment or Human Resources role would be an advantage; a proven background in administration, strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must.
This exciting role is office based from our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey (GU15 3YX).

To be successful as Recruitment & HR Administrator, you will ideally have:
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.00pm (office based).
