Several of our existing Senior Managers started their careers with us a Children's Activity Coordinator and this role offers the ideal introduction into a career in Playwork and school age childcare and activities.
The Role
Our team of Children's Activity Coordinators are very much the engine room of our business. Under the constant supervision of Senior Managers you will have the opportunity to learn every detail that supports our ability to deliver high quality activities and childcare to school age children. With a particular focus on ensuring our breakfast, after school and holiday clubs are suitably resourced and prepared to operate each day, as well as gaining hands on experience by directly managing our clubs on a daily basis, it is fair to say in this exciting and developmental role, no day will ever be the same!
