A unique opportunity has opened up for a Bookings Administrator to join KOOSA Kids busy and fast-paced Customer Service / Bookings Team at our head office in Camberley.
The Bookings Administrator forms an integral part of KOOSA Kids friendly Customer Service / Bookings Team. Your role will be to provide first class customer service to the parents using our childcare services and administrative support across KOOSA Kids departments.
Supported by the Bookings Manager, you will deliver high quality levels of customer service, administration and organisation. As the first point of contact for customers, you will excel at maintaining a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all time. You will proactively manage customer enquiries by phone and email, set up and manage parent accounts, process bookings and provide general administration support across the business. You will be comfortable working on a variety of software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Skills & Experience
Monday to Friday, 9:30am till 6pm
