A very rare opportunity has opened up for the right individual to join the senior leadership team of KOOSA Kids Operations Department as Early Years & Childcare Quality Assurance Manager. KOOSA Kids are the leading provider of fun & affordable after school club, breakfast club and holiday club childcare across Berkshire, Hampshire, Richmond & Surrey, with an unrivalled number of clubs rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
Reporting directly into and supported by the Operations Manager, the Early Years & Childcare Quality Assurance Manager will develop all aspects of the delivery at our after school clubs, breakfast clubs and holiday clubs, ensuring KOOSA Kids are delivering high quality, professional and fun childcare at all times. This role is based from our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey (GU15).
The Early Years & Childcare Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing KOOSA Kids Regional Managers and, by using a staff rota process, ensuring all operating clubs are sufficiently and adequately staffed on a day-to-day basis.
You will work closely with the HR department to manage all aspects of operational staff management, including recruiting full-time operations staff. Additionally, you will oversee all staff training and hold responsibilities for managing Club Operating Plans and related policies & procedures.
As part of your senior leadership responsibilities, you will take on the roles of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and company SENCO (training will be provided).
Working closely with the other members of the Operations Department, you will contribute to the development of operational programmes of activity and support equipment management.
Underpinning everything you do, will be the desire to deliver outstanding levels of childcare at our after school clubs, breakfast clubs and holiday clubs, in-line with KOOSA Kids policies and Ofsted standards, ensuring the children in our care are provided with a safe and secure environment where they can explore, grow and have FUN!
