KOOSA Kids are now recruiting for Holiday Club Childcare Assistants at our holiday club at Waingels College in Woodley, Berkshire (RG5).
Actively and enthusiastically deliver programmed activities, encouraging all children to take part and have as much fun as possible at our holiday club at Waingels College in Woodley, Berkshire (RG5).
Looking after children aged 4-13
Directed by the Holiday Club Manager or Activity Coach, assist in both the organisation and delivery of activities and manage the overall safety and behaviour of the children in your allocated group
Ensure activities are delivered according to the programme set out and following all recommended safety points
Would suit sixth form, college or university students or somebody with experience of working in a Primary School, Pre-School or Nursery, e.g. a Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator or Nursery Assistant, looking for additional hours during the school holidays
Actively and enthusiastically take part in activities, encouraging all children to get involved
Be aware of, and maintain sensitivity, for any children with additional needs (Physical, Behaviour, and Dietary) in the allocated groups
Regularly take children on toilet runs throughout the day
Ensure activity areas and equipment used are tidied away appropriately at the end of each day
Adhere to Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies at all times
Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids standards
Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care
Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
Various shifts between 8.00am - 6.00pm, Monday – Friday during school holidays. Shifts are allocated depending on your availability.
