Full-Time Bookings Administrator - Camberley GU15

Job Overview: KOOSA Kids are one of the UK’s leading providers of children’s holiday, after school and breakfast club childcare for children aged 4 to 13. Due to expansion, a unique opportunity has just opened up for a customer focused Bookings Administrator/Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and friendly bookings team. This role is based from our head office in Camberley, Surrey.

Duties: Responsibilities will include: • Answering queries, taking bookings and liaising with customers over the telephone. • Inputting bookings onto our internal bookings system. • Providing general administration support to the booking and operations teams.

Skills/Experience: The right individual will be a confident communicator with a proven track record in customer service and office administration. You will need to be confident, polite and professional when dealing with customer queries and taking bookings over the phone.

Hours Required: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm

Pay: £17000 to £18000 per annum
