We run our clubs out of school hours, so many of our roles are flexible part-time positions, but if you are looking for full-time work, we regularly create new full-time positions to support our on-going growth and development.

Holiday Club Fastrack Managers Programme - Berkshire

Job Overview: We are looking for the right candidates to fastrack into manager level positions from the Summer Holidays 2017 onwards. The fastrack programme will run throughout the School holidays and will equip the right candidates with all the essential skills to manage KOOSA Kids holiday club provision going forward.

Duties: Shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff learning all the essential skills required to manage holiday club provision. Follow detailed management training programme which covers aspects such as policies and procedures, EYFS, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management etc.

Skills/Experience: Must have previous experience of leading a team within holiday/after school or other childcare environment. Level 3 qualified in Playwork or Equivalent required. PGCE applicants welcome.

Hours Required: 8.00am to 6.00pm - School Holidays

Pay: Up to £8.50 per hour
