Booking: Bookings can be made up to 6.00pm the working day prior. Many of our holiday clubs often reach capacity, especially during the busier holiday periods such as the summer. We suggest booking your sessions as soon as you know the dates you require.
AM Extension runs from 8.15am to 10.00am and PM Extension runs from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. As a busy parent, if you choose either or both of the Extension Zones, you have the opportunity to drop off or pick up at any time during the entire length of the Extension Zone.
With a long day ahead or behind, this period of the holiday club day is devoted to mainly non-active games and activities including puzzles, books, bowling, train sets, arts and craft tables, role play areas, Lego, Giant Jenga, Musical Games and much more.
Although staff are fully interactive during this time, the emphasis is on the children to freely choose which activities they wish to take part in.
Endeavour Zone offers a host of games, activities and inspiring equipment, designed to get your child up and active at our holiday clubs. Team Sports, Relays and All out Action are the main focus of the Endeavour Zone with four fast and furious activities on offer to the children each holiday club day.
Activities include Junior Cricket, Mini Football, KOOSA Grand Prix, Silly Sprints, Obstacle Challenge, KOOSA Open Golf, Hockey, our Challenge Zone activity at the start of each PM Extension Zone and much, much more. Endeavour Zone is designed to complement the non-active focus of the Discovery Zone, meaning your child will take part in a mixture of both active and not-active games during their time with us.
Our Discovery Zone is all about creative imagination, artistic flair and helping and encouraging children to be inspired about the world around them at our holiday clubs. Arts and Crafts, Dance and Drama, the Natural World and Exploration are the main focus of the Discovery Zone.
Discovery Zone activities include 'Imagine & Perform' games such as Big Chief, What Lies Beneath, The K Factor and Make it Up and Show it Off; 'Design & Create' sessions including Paint Party, Hama Time, Clay Moulding and Building Bonanza as well as 'Explore & Learn' activities such as Land, Sea & Tree, Nature Detectives, Match the Tracks, Nature Alphabet and many more! Our Discovery Zone complements the active focus of the Endeavour Zone, meaning your child will take part in a mixture of both active and not-active games during their time with us.
For our King K's (year 4 - 8), all the fun and excitement of the Kool K's is retained, but within an environment that encourages independence and individuality.
The King K holiday club day includes a child-lead, multi-choice programme in the morning and the afternoons are spent taking part in 'King Club' and 'Extreme Team'. Both afternoon sessions happen well away from the rest of the activity groups, ensuring our King K's really do feel like they are in their own 'club environment'.
King Club Zone
Our King K's are given the chance both to chill out with friends and take part in a selection of cool games and activities, including Table Football, Den Building, card Games, Art Tables, Board Games, Rubix Cubes, Jewellery Making and much, much more!
Xtreme Team
The last hour of the holiday club day is devoted to a 'fast and furious' activity which introduces our King K's to an appropriate level of risk and challenge. Children can choose from a host of activities, including House of Fun, Elves, Wizards & Giants, Capture the Flag, Escape Rooms and Everybody's It.
On Wednesdays throughout the Summer our normal holiday club programme is put on hold, with the afternoon devoted to games and activities based on one of our Wicked Wednesday Special Activity themes.
Art Attack Our Art Attack Wicked Wednesday is guaranteed to stimulate the creative senses of every child. Yes, the messier the better with buckets, brushes, sponges, hands & feet all being used to create giant masterpieces. (Please pack old clothes or bring a spare set as clothing is likely to get paint stained).
KOOSA Karting Our most popular activity now has its very own Wicked Wednesday! With more Go Karts than ever and our most challenging tracks yet, including racing over obstacles and through tunnels and chicanes, children will spend a thrilling afternoon racing in the KOOSA Grand Prix. Who will take the crown for fastest racer? Its lights out and away we go!
KOOSA Klassics KOOSA Klassics will once again showcase the very best activities on offer at KOOSA Kids over the past 19 years. Similar to a school sports day, children move from zone to zone taking part in up to nine actioned packed running, chasing, throwing and sports activities.
KOOSA Olympics Our Olympic Wicked Wednesday offers your child the chance to become a world beating 'Olympian' for the day! An action packed session, each child will have the opportunity to take part in Hammer Throwing, Discus, Baton Relay, Javelin, Hurdles and Long Jump.
Wet 'n' Wild Your child's chance to cool down in the summer heat with a fun packed afternoon filled with water battles, water games and the chance to try the slippery and super-fast water slide! Bring your water toys and a change of clothes (including shoes & underwear!), as you will get wet! If the sun shines, we aim to run as many Wet 'n' Wilds as possible throughout the summer. As these are weather dependent, please check the news section on our website or visit our Facebook or Twitter pages for the latest updates.
Every Friday, children can join our holiday club staff and come dressed up in costumes based around the theme for the week. A fancy dress 'catwalk' takes place at the start of the activity day and prizes are awarded for the best outfits! Dressing up is always optional.

In order for your child to get the most out of their time at KOOSA Kids holiday clubs, they will be grouped based on their school year.
Each age group has its own identity and is allocated coaches who best suit their needs. Suitably qualified staff, including Paediatric First Aiders, are present at the club at all times.
All holiday club activities are delivered in an age appropriate manner with the emphasis on fun for our youngest children and a different focus on development as the children get a little older.
For our youngest age group, the emphasis is on fun and play in a caring and safe environment. We use small activity areas, simplified rules and adapted equipment, and encourage all our Krazy K's to develop at their own pace. All Krazy K's are allocated a Key Person to ensure they feel comfortable and get the most out of their time with us.

Booking your Holiday Club sessions is very easy! Simply log into your account and follow the easy to navigate bookings steps. If you have not used KOOSA Kids before, you will need to register for an account and provide us with all the relevant information requested. You will only have to do this once.
Alternatively, please call us on 01276 21884 and we will be happy to register your account and take your booking over the phone. You can contact us by phone from 9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Spaces fill up very quickly so it is best to book as soon as you know the dates you need.
KOOSA Kids are only able to accept and administer prescribed medication. If your child is likely to require prescribed medication of any sort throughout the day, please inform the site manager on arrival, who will complete the necessary paperwork. All medication should be handed to the site manager and must be in its original packaging, with the prescription label.
If your child may require emergency medication (e.g. EpiPens or hypodermic injections) whilst they are with us, we may require you to complete specific paperwork prior to your child attending. Please contact KOOSA Kids head office on 01276 21884 to inform us of your child's requirements and to complete the relevant paperwork before your child attends.
Please note, if your child carries an EpiPen, you will need to provide KOOSA Kids with two, in-date EpiPens. KOOSA Kids reserve the right to refuse admission if fewer than two EpiPens are supplied, or if the supplied EpiPens are not in full working order (e.g. cloudy or discoloured liquid). Both EpiPens must be in-date, in their original packaging and be prescribed to your child. It is the parents responsibility to collect the EpiPens from the breakfast club at the end of each period.
We are unable to share medication with your child's school. We recommend asking your child's GP for extra medication so we can store it directly at the after school/breakfast club premises. Please note, we will be unable to accept your child into our care without the required medication being present at the relevant club.
In order for your child to get the most out of their time at KOOSA Kids, they will be grouped based on their school years. Each age group has its own identity and is allocated coaches, who best suit their needs. Please see age groups for more specific information on individual groups.
If children specifically want to be with friends or relatives, it may be possible to arrange this on the day, subject to the age of the children already attending, however we can't guarantee this will be possible. Please note, for safety and fairness reasons, it is not sensible to group children of vastly differing ages, even if they are friends or relatives. We may sometimes be able to move an older child down into a younger group. Please speak to the club manager at drop off to request this.
With more than 14 days notice, you are able to cancel your holiday club sessions, upon which we will credit your account with a 100% credit note.
With 7 to 13 days' notice, you are able to cancel your holiday club sessions, upon which we will credit your account with a 50% credit note.
We are unable to accept cancellations for bookings with less than 7 days notice. Please let us know if your child is not going to attend, so the site supervisor knows not to expect them on the day.
Please note, KOOSA Kids do not offer cash refunds for any cancellations. Credit notes are valid for a 12 month period and can be used for either holiday or breakfast / after school club bookings.
We may be able to change the date for your booked session if we receive more than 7 days' notice, subject to availability and a £5 admin fee.
Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01276 21884 at the earliest opportunity to cancel or amend your booking.
