What measures & safeguards have you put in place at KOOSA Kids clubs which are still operating?
KOOSA Kids are following all Government and Public Health England advice to help protect the health and wellbeing of the children in our care, their families and our employees. These measures include:
Are KOOSA Kids breakfast clubs and after school clubs still operating?
KOOSA Kids are pleased to have been able to support some schools with their key worker before school and after school childcare services before the Easter holidays. Unfortunately due to the continued impact of the COVID-19 crisis, all our after school clubs and breakfast clubs will now be closed until schools are reopened.
What is KOOSA Kids doing as a company to help prevent the spread of corona virus?
KOOSA Kids follow all Government and Public Health England advice and actively encourage all staff to do the same. Where possible, KOOSA Kids staff are now working from home. If working from home is not possible, clear guidance has been given to staff regarding social distancing and appropriate hygiene protocols, including washing your hands regularly with soap and water or hand gel for at least 20 seconds.
I have booked holiday club sessions for May half term and the Summer Holidays. Will these go ahead?
Due to the current Government guidelines, KOOSA Kids are unable to operate our Easter holiday clubs as usual. All Easter holiday club bookings have been cancelled and a credit note for the full value of your booking has been applied to your account. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used against any KOOSA Kids holiday club, after school club or breakfast club booking.
Bookings for May half term and the Summer Holidays are currently open. We will be following Government guidelines closely and take appropriate action if the current ‘stay at home’ guidelines continue during these periods.
I have a breakfast club or after school club booking for 23rd March – 3rd April, can I get a refund?
We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or credit note for cancelled breakfast or after school clubs due to government enforced school closures, in-line with our ‘Enforced Venue Closure Policy’, as per point 15 of our terms & conditions.
I have a Permanent Places Agreement, will I be liable for fees whilst the schools are closed?
We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or credit note for cancelled breakfast or after school club sessions between 23rd March and 3rd April (see above).
All Permanent Places Agreement holders have been sent an email on Thursday 2nd April detailing your options regarding your contracted places. If you have not received this and it is not in your junk / spam folder, please email info@koosakids.co.uk or call 0127621884.
