Booking: Bookings can be made up to 6.00pm the working day prior. Many of our holiday clubs often reach capacity, especially during the busier holiday periods such as the summer. We suggest booking your sessions as soon as you know the dates you require.
AM Extension runs from 8.15am to 10.00am and PM Extension runs from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. As a busy parent, if you choose either or both of the Extension Zones, you have the opportunity to drop off or pick up at any time during the entire length of the Extension Zone.
With a long day ahead or behind, this period of the holiday club day is devoted to mainly non-active games and activities including puzzles, books, bowling, train sets, arts and craft tables, role play areas, Lego, Giant Jenga, Musical Games and much more.
Although staff are fully interactive during this time, the emphasis is on the children to freely choose which activities they wish to take part in.
Endeavour Zone offers a host of games, activities and inspiring equipment, designed to get your child up and active at our holiday clubs. Team Sports, Relays and All out Action are the main focus of the Endeavour Zone with four fast and furious activities on offer to the children each holiday club day.
Activities include Junior Cricket, Mini Football, KOOSA Grand Prix, Silly Sprints, Obstacle Challenge, KOOSA Open Golf, Hockey, our Challenge Zone activity at the start of each PM Extension Zone and much, much more. Endeavour Zone is designed to complement the non-active focus of the Discovery Zone, meaning your child will take part in a mixture of both active and not-active games during their time with us.
Our Discovery Zone is all about creative imagination, artistic flair and helping and encouraging children to be inspired about the world around them at our holiday clubs. Arts and Crafts, Dance and Drama, the Natural World and Exploration are the main focus of the Discovery Zone.
Discovery Zone activities include ‘Imagine & Perform’ games such as Big Chief, What Lies Beneath, The K Factor and Make it Up and Show it Off; ‘Design & Create’ sessions including Paint Party, Hama Time, Clay Moulding and Building Bonanza as well as ‘Explore & Learn’ activities such as Land, Sea & Tree, Nature Detectives, Match the Tracks, Nature Alphabet and many more! Our Discovery Zone complements the active focus of the Endeavour Zone, meaning your child will take part in a mixture of both active and not-active games during their time with us.
For our King K's (year 4 - 8), all the fun and excitement of the Kool K's is retained, but within an environment that encourages independence and individuality.
The King K holiday club day includes a child-lead, multi-choice programme in the morning and the afternoons are spent taking part in 'King Club' and 'Extreme Team'. Both afternoon sessions happen well away from the rest of the activity groups, ensuring our King K's really do feel like they are in their own 'club environment'.
King Club Zone
Our King K's are given the chance both to chill out with friends and take part in a selection of cool games and activities, including Table Football, Den Building, card Games, Art Tables, Board Games, Rubix Cubes, Jewellery Making and much, much more!
Xtreme Team
The last hour of the holiday club day is devoted to a 'fast and furious' activity which introduces our King K's to an appropriate level of risk and challenge. Children can choose from a host of activities, including House of Fun, Elves, Wizards & Giants, Capture the Flag, Escape Rooms and Everybody's It.
Regretfully, due to the changed nature in which we have to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic, our Wicked Wednesday Special Activity Days will not be able to go ahead during summer 2020.
On Wednesdays throughout the Summer our normal holiday club programme is put on hold, with the afternoon devoted to games and activities based on one of our Wicked Wednesday Special Activity themes. All children at the holiday club come together to take part in the fun and games.
KOOSA Klassics showcases the very best activities on offer at KOOSA Kids holiday club over the past 14 years. Similar to a school sports day, children move from zone to zone taking part in action-packed running, chasing, throwing & sports activities.
Cardboard City New York, Sydney, London...not a patch on the creative metropolis your child will help create as part of 'Cardboard City'! Teamwork skills are harnessed as the entire holiday club come together to design, build and decorate their very own urban jungle!
Fun at the Fair Back by popular demand, Fun at the Fair will will take your child on a journey around their favourite fairground stalls. Can they complete ‘Tin Can Alley’, will they beat the ‘Anticipation Station’, who will ‘Hook the most Ducks’? Everyone will enjoy visiting all eight stalls and completing the challenges ahead.
Art Attack Our Art Attack sessions are guaranteed to stimulate the creative senses of all children. Messy art is the game with buckets, brushes, sponges, hands and feet all being used to create giant masterpieces. (Please pack old clothes or bring a change as clothing is likely to get stained with paint).
Wet 'n' Wild
Your child's chance to cool down in the summer heat with a fun packed afternoon filled with water battles, water games and the chance to try the slippery and super-fast water slide! Bring your water toys and a change of clothes (including shoes & underwear!), as you will get wet! If the sun shines, we aim to run as many Wet 'n' Wilds as possible throughout the summer. As these are weather dependent, please check the news section on our website or visit our Facebook or Twitter pages for the latest updates.

Regretfully, due to the changed nature in which we have to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic, our weekly themes & Fantastic Fridays will not be able to go ahead this summer.
Every Friday, children can join our holiday club staff and come dressed up in costumes based around the theme for the week. A fancy dress 'catwalk' takes place at the start of the activity day and prizes are awarded for the best outfits! Dressing up is always optional.

For holiday clubs starting from Summer Holidays 2020, we are unable to group children by year group as we would normally do.
Instead, your children will be grouped in 'bubbles', by age and according to government guidelines. Each bubble will be allocated a dedicated space, equipment & toilets.
To avoid disappointment, we would like to remind you that we are unable to guarantee your child will be placed in the same bubble as their friends. Please note, bubbles will not mix throughout the day.
Suitably qualified staff, including Paediatric First Aiders, are present at the club at all times.
For our youngest age group, the emphasis is on fun and play in a caring and safe environment. We use small activity areas, simplified rules and adapted equipment, and encourage all our Krazy K’s to develop at their own pace. All Krazy K’s are allocated a Key Person to ensure they feel comfortable and get the most out of their time with us.

Springfield HC Parent, April 2019
My son is not very confident, but the team welcomed him with open arms. He now loves going. He's well looked after and comes home full of smiles. Thank you for making the holidays so enjoyable for us.
Richmond HC Parent, February 2019
My son really enjoys coming and has made lots of friends. The staff are warm and welcoming and my son talks about them at home and looks forward to seeing them again.

Your child will be grouped in ‘bubbles’, according to government guidelines. Each bubble will be allocated a designated area & equipment for the day and they will not mix with other bubbles. We will maintain the same bubbles, as far as is possible, throughout the week.
To allow us to create bubbles in line with government guidelines, children will be grouped based on their ages. We can therefore unfortunately not guarantee that your child will be in the same group as their friend, even if they are in the same school year.
To avoid disappointment, we would like to remind you that bubbles will not mix with other bubbles throughout the day.
KOOSA Kids take the health and wellbeing of the children in our care, and that of our staff, extremely seriously. We have been working hard to implement changes to our programme to allow us to operate safely within the current Public Health England parameters, whilst still ensuring the children in our care have as much FUN as possible.
Some of the Covid-Secure measures we have implemented include:
In-line with government guidelines, staggered registration times will be in place to reduce crowds, limit contact, allow more time for children to be outside and for KOOSA Kids staff to maintain cleaning schedules. Please only drop off at one of the following times:
Staggered collection times will be in place to reduce crowds & limit contact. Please only collect at one of the following times:
Doors will remain open until the queue has gone, or for a minimum of 10 minutes, if there is no queue.
Registration will be outside, regardless of the weather, and parents will not be able to enter the building. KOOSA Kids staff will offer a contactless sign in, where parents will be asked to review any information and staff will countersign on their behalf.
Please provide a printed copy of any medication or carer report forms to staff at registration. Alternatively, these can be emailed to info@koosakids.co.uk at least 48 hours in advance of your
