This role is a part time, term time only position, working Monday to Thursday from 07.30 - 09.00am.

Customer Service Administrator (Summer Role - Fixed Term Contract) - Camberley, Surrey (GU15)

Are you a college or university student looking for a fixed term, Summer office role? Do you have a friendly, professional and courteous manner and enjoy providing first class customer service over the phone and by email? Are you organised and have great attention to detail? If so KOOSA Kids are on the lookout for the right individual to join our Customer Service team both in the run up to and during the busy summer holiday period. Supported by the Customer Service Manager, you will help deliver high quality levels of customer service both over the telephone and via email to the thousands of customers that use our breakfast, after school and holiday clubs. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, experienced and fun team. This position is a full-time, Fixed Term Contract from May to September (exact dates to be agreed). Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm, based from our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey (GU15).
