Krazy K’s, Kool K’s & King K Groups Return for May Half Term! Book Now to Join the Festival of Fun at KOOSA Kids May Half Term Holiday Club.

Following two fabulous weeks over the Easter Holidays, we are delighted to invite all 4-13 year-olds to a 'Festival of Fun' during May Half Term (1st to 4th June)! Run, jump, throw, dance and smile during our 'Festival of Fun', where your children can look forward to fun-packed games & activities including Mud Pit Moves, Festival Flashes, Campsite Cricket and much, much more. 

Whilst we continue to have to adapt our offering to remain fully covid-secure, after a full half term at school and with summer just around the corner, we are excited to offer your children a week full of smiles and laughter, with a programme of activity jam-packed full of FUN!

We are delighted to announce that KOOSA Kids Summer Holiday Club dates & venues are now also OPEN for booking (21st July to 27th August)!

How will my child be looked after?

Following the Government’s recent announcement regarding Step 3 of the Covid-19 roadmap we are pleased to share that our own protective measures guidance has just been updated and from 17th May we will no longer be required to group children in bubbles of 15 in our holiday clubs.

Instead, from May Half Term, we are able to revert back to our pre-Covid holiday club groupings, enabling us to group children by school year, as follows:

• Krazy K’s – EYFS
• Kool K’s – Year 1-3
• King K’s – Year 4-8

We understand that bubbles of 15 were restrictive and often meant that classmates or friends of the same or similar age were kept in separate bubbles, so we are really pleased to be given more flexibility over groupings and to ensure, as best as possible, children of the same or similar age can once again be placed in the same group as their friends.

Please note, many of the existing Protective Measures, particularly around cleaning of touch points and equipment, do still remain in place, so we are not quite yet able to return to our ‘normal’ holiday club environment, however we are hopeful, in-line with step 4 (21st June), that our Summer holiday club will be able to run more or less as it did pre-Covid.

Bookings are now open, please bear the following in mind:

• Bookings can be made for single or multiple days. Our standard day runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm, with AM & PM extensions available to cover a full day from 8.15am to 6.00pm
• Our May Half Term Holiday Clubs will run in a similar way to how we have been operating since Summer 2020, with a reduced programme of activity and equipment
• Our clubs will operate in a ‘Covid Secure’ way with greatly enhanced hygiene & cleaning routines
• Government advice is to consider sending your child to the same, local setting consistently, in order to prevent your child from mixing with multiple different groups of children
• Capacities will be reduced from normal levels. We would advise you to book your sessions as soon as you know which dates you require to avoid disappointment
• Additional Protective Measures may be added following new guidance

Opening Times & Cost

Staggered Drop off & Pick Up

Staggered drop off and pick up times will be in place to reduce crowds, limit contact & to ensure maximum activity time is on offer for your children to have FUN. We kindly ask you to respect the timings below and not to drop off or collect your children outside of these time frames as Site Supervisors will not be able to accommodate this. Registration at each specific time will be open for 10 minutes or until everyone in the queue has been signed in. 

Morning Registration - please only drop off at one of the following times:

• AM Extension: Drop Off at 8:15am or 9:00am or 10:00am
• Standard Day: Drop Off at 10:00am

Afternoon Pick Up - please only collect at one of the following times:

• Standard Day: Pick Up at 4:00pm
• PM Extension: Pick Up at 4:00pm or 5:00pm or 5:45pm

Registration will be outside, regardless of the weather, and parents will not be able to enter the building. KOOSA Kids staff will offer a contactless sign in, where parents will be asked to review any information and staff will countersign on their behalf.

Covid-Secure – Book with Confidence

Book your holiday club sessions with full confidence. Please rest assured that if your chosen club is unable to open due to COVID-19 restrictions, or for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to offer you the sessions that you have booked, we will provide you with a credit note or refund**, for the full value for all sessions booked. 

**May Half Term Holiday Clubs 2021 only - For debit or credit card bookings a choice of refund or credit note will be offered. For payments made by childcare voucher or tax free childcare, only a credit note will be offered. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
