We are pleased to have reopened all of our breakfast & after school clubs in line with schools in September, having been provided with sector specific guidance from the Department for Education (DfE), detailing exactly what ‘protective measures’ have to be put in place. We have and will continue to work with each of our partner schools to enable us to operate our before and after school clubs in a Covid-Secure way. For club specific information, please click on the relevant link in the table below.

Since the DfE have provided the sector with clear and workable guidance for reopening safely, we have and will continue to work with each of our partner schools to formulate specific reopening operating plans for our before and after school clubs. For club specific information, please click on the relevant link in the table below.
Below you will find some of the protective measures that will be in place across all our clubs from September:
Staggered Drop Off & Collection Times
In-line with Government guidelines, staggered drop off & collection times will be in place to reduce crowds, limit contact, allow more time for children to be outside & for KOOSA Kids staff to maintain cleaning schedules.
We kindly ask you to respect the timings below and not to drop off or collect your children outside of these time frames as Site Supervisors will not be able to accommodate this.
Breakfast Club Staggered Drop Off Times:
Drop off times for each breakfast club can be found on the individual venue pages. Please use the links in the table below to find details for your breakfast club.
After School Club Staggered Collection Times:
Please only collect your child from the after school club at one of the following times:
Collection will be outside, regardless of the weather, and parents will not be able to enter the building. KOOSA Kids staff will offer a contactless sign in, where parents will be asked to review any information and staff will countersign on their behalf. Registration at each specific time will be open for 15 minutes or until everyone in the queue has been signed out.
How will my child be looked after?
Your children will be grouped in ‘bubbles’ according to Department for Education guidelines and as agreed with the school. Please see your club pages for specific information for your breakfast or after school club. Each bubble will be allocated a dedicated space and equipment in their areas.
To avoid disappointment, we would like to remind you that we are unable to guarantee your child will be placed in the same bubble as their friends. Please note, bubbles will not mix throughout the session.

Until further notice, we will guarantee that you will be able to book/pay for your breakfast or after school club sessions, safe in the knowledge that if for reasons beyond our control, your chosen club is unable to open for more than 5 consecutive days, we will provide you with a credit note for any future sessions, that remain cancelled/closed.
Our normal terms and conditions will continue to apply for everything other than enforced closure due to Covid-19.
