**24th February 2021 - COVID-19 Update**
Having been in regular and close contact with the Department for Education throughout lockdown, we were very hopeful for positive news, but we were delighted to hear the Prime Minister himself confirm in person, in his speech in the House of Commons, that breakfast & after school clubs can reopen in-line with schools from the 8th March!
We are pleased to confirm that KOOSA Kids Breakfast & After School Clubs will be reopening from 8th March as well and bookings are now OPEN! View our news page for more details on our reopening plans.

We are delighted to be able to open our NEW breakfast club at The Heights Primary School for the new school year, in a Covid-Secure way and in-line with latest guidance from the Department for Education.
Whilst there will be changes in the way we usually operate our breakfast club, our breakfast club will continue to offer a welcoming, safe & relaxed space for your child to have breakfast & prepare for a busy school day. Click here to read how our clubs will operate in a Covid-Secure way.
Staggered Drop Off Times
In-line with Government guidelines, staggered registration times will be in place to reduce crowds, limit contact, allow more time for children to be outside & for KOOSA Kids staff to maintain cleaning schedules.
We kindly ask you to respect the timings below and not to drop off your children outside of these time frames as Site Supervisors will not be able to accommodate this. Registration at each specific time will be open for 15 minutes or until everyone in the queue has been signed out.
Please only drop off your child at the breakfast club at one of the following times:
Registration will be outside, regardless of the weather, and parents will not be able to enter the building. KOOSA Kids staff will offer a contactless sign in, where parents will be asked to review any information and staff will countersign on their behalf. Drop off will be from outside the side gate, left of the main school hall. Please follow the black & yellow KOOSA Kids arrows.
How will my child be looked after?
Your children will be grouped in ‘bubbles’ according to Department for Education guidelines and as agreed with the schools. Year R will form one bubble with Year 1 & 2, Year 3 & 4 and Year 5 & 6 forming additional bubbles respectively. Each bubble will be allocated a dedicated space and equipment in the canteen and a class room.
To avoid disappointment, we would like to remind you that we are unable to guarantee your child will be placed in the same bubble as their friends. Please note, bubbles will not mix throughout the session.
Suitably qualified staff, including Paediatric First Aiders, are present at the club at all times.
